Eligibility for NEET 2022
- To be eligible for admission to NEET-UG 2022, a student must be at least 17 years old or have been born on or before December 31, 2004.
- Must have completed 12th grade and received at least 50 per cent for General Category, 45 per cent for PwD, and 40 per cent for OBC-NCL/SC/ST in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as primary courses in addition to English.
- The maximum age to apply for NEET-UG is 25 years old.
Exam Pattern for NEET-UG 2022
NEET Exam Questions
The NEET 2022 test paper will have 180 questions covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Section A will consist of 35 questions, with pupils required to answer each one. Section B will include a total of 15 questions, with students only having to answer 10 of them. The overall time to complete all of the questions will be 3 hours or 180 minutes, giving students 1 minute to complete each question.
Four points will be granted for each accurate response, and one point will be deducted for each erroneous answer. However, there will be no mark allocation or decrease for questions that are not tried.
